German and Dutch speaker Remote in Portugal

Responsibilities:
- Service\-oriented inbound for a German bank account. Answering customer questions and executing orders in the first contact around the entire Service Retail. Assist with phone banking ID and T\-PIN \& Postbank app setup etc. All clientes are German, support will be provided in no other language.
Requirements
- C1/C2 level language skill
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team
- Problem solving\-skills
- Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Positive attitude
- Ambitious
- English B2

- Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months;
- Subsequent extension of 1 more contract for 12 months;
- Permanent contract after 2 years;
