Generative AI Engineer (d/m/f)

- Architect and advise on scalable, future\-proof AI solutions tailored to business needs
- Design generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs)
- Implement end\-to\-end generative AI solutions, including model fine\-tuning, deployment, and testing in production environments
- Work closely with business departments, data scientists and, software engineers to seamlessly integrate generative AI into applications and workflows
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and assist the deployment of GenAI cases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AI\-related inquiries
- Ensure effective lifecycle management of applications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- 3\+ years of experience in AI engineering specifically focused on Generative AI platforms and Solutions
- Extensive hands\-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building, customizing, and integrating copilots into Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) and business workflows
- Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry for rapid prototyping and deploying AI solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams
- Proficiency in Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning for model development and deployment
- Awareness of security, governance, and compliance considerations for AI/ML systems
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in German and English
