Polden Medical Practice is a two\-site rural dispensing practice serving approximately 11,000 patients across the Polden Hills in Somerset, conveniently located close to Junction 23 of the M5\.
We are a modern country practice with a personal and caring approach. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse who shares our ethos of putting patients at the heart of what we do and working as part of a professional, supportive team.

- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Competent in cervical cytology
- Competent in childhood immunisations

- A kind, professional and collaborative approach to patients and colleagues
- Good organisational and IT skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous General Practice or Primary Care experience
- Experience in long\-term condition management, including diabetes, asthma, COPD and cardiovascular disease
- Travel health experience
- Independent Prescribing qualification
