Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive General Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a busy healthcare practice. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, efficient administrative processes, and effective team management. As the cornerstone of our practice, you will coordinate clinical and administrative functions, foster a positive work environment, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall practice performance. Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.


• Supervise administrative staff and healthcare professionals, providing mentoring and support to promote professional development and high performance.


• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and accreditation standards while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.


• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth supply chain operations and equipment maintenance.


• Implement financial controls and monitor key performance indicators to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.


• Lead initiatives to enhance patient experience through quality improvement projects and effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare management or a similar leadership role within a medical or clinical setting.


• Familiarity with medical practice management systems and electronic health records (Systemone).


• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams and fostering collaborative work environments.


• Ability to handle accounts payable processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy in financial transactions.


• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
