Maintenance General Operative
Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (3 years)
39 hours per week
St. Michael’s House provides a comprehensive range of services and supports to men, women, and children with disabilities, and their families in over 200locations in the greater Dublin Area. It supports c. 2,300 people and this has an impact on thousands of family members.
Key Role:
- To support the Grounds Foreman in the completion of assigned grounds/gardening work tasks throughout the organisation, and ensure works are completed and closed out appropriately.
- To undertake such additional duties as might reasonably be requested by line Management (Estates Managers).

Qualification / Skills / Essential Criteria:
- 3 years working in a similar maintenance role
- Relevant health and safety training appropriate for the completion and management of maintenance works.
- They should also hold a valid “Safe Pass” card.
- A Clean Driving Licence and own Vehicle for use in carrying out their role is essential.
