We’re looking for a General Manager for the King Street Brewhouse – Bristol’s favourite brewpub. This city centre institution is famous for brewing its own bold, seasonal beers, food designed to share and being the perfect place to watch the big game, have a post work pint or spend the night.
The pub has plenty of outside seating for those looking to soak up some rays, as well the Tank Room – a private space right next to the brewery tanks – perfect for private parties and events.
We’re looking for a General Manager who is a strong operator, has experience managing busy venues, and can continue to grow sales in this unique pub – an opportunity that doesn’t come around too often!
Running a Pub for Young's:
We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework \- you decide what goes on the food menu \- and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes!
