Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our vibrant Veeno wine bar in Northallerton. NEW OPENING OVER THIS SUMMER

This role is vital in ensuring exceptional service, managing daily operations, and fostering a passionate team committed to our mission of delivering authentic Italian wine experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wine bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.


• Lead, motivate, and manage the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.


• Develop strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.


• Maintain high standards of quality in wine selection, food offerings, and service.


• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Implement training programs to improve team performance.


• Foster a welcoming environment that reflects Veeno’s values of authenticity and excellence.


• Qualifications


• Proven management experience within the hospitality or food \& beverage industry.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.


• Knowledge of Italian wines or passion for wine culture is a plus.


• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.


• Experience with sales growth strategies is desirable.


• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous.


• Customer\-focused mindset with a flair for creating memorable experiences.
