General Manager

The LiquorLab is seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual for the position of General Manager.

We strive to ensure our guests always have an amazing experience with us, and our General Manager is key to this \- fostering a culture that drives high standards, leading and developing our team to success, and taking ownership of the continued growth of The LiquorLab.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Fostering a culture of team development, high performance and growth


• Carrying out opens and closes, running shifts and ensuring orders and deliveries are managed accurately


• Ensuring that HACCP, COSHH and fire safety are adhered to, with all associated paperwork completed accurately to maintain our 5\-star food hygiene rating


• Developing the management and wider team through structured coaching, feedback and clear goals with an action\-orientated approach


• Leading the management team and overseeing recruitment, including interviews, trial shifts, and onboarding


• Managing key operational costs including labour and stock to maximise profitability


• Taking responsibility for the day\-to\-day operations and overall long\-term running and growth of The LiquorLab.
