General Manager – The Goose \& Cuckoo The Goose \& Cuckoo is looking for a passionate, hands\-on General Manager to lead our growing independent pub. With a strong community following and an increasingly recognised food offering, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced GM — or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up — to take real ownership of a thriving business. This is not a corporate environment. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, leads from the front, builds strong teams, and takes pride in running a great pub.
