What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the restaurant team with passion and confidence


• Delivering exceptional guest experiences every shift


• Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence


• Recruiting, training, and developing a high\-performing team


• Managing rotas, labour costs, stock, and budgets


• Creating a fun, professional, and motivating work environment


• Maintaining high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a busy restaurant


• Strong leadership and people\-management skills


• Passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality


• Commercial awareness and a hands\-on approach


• Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment


• A natural people person who leads from the front

Competitive salary between 40k to 50k (depending on experience) \+ performance bonus \+ tronc
