Description
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
- Manage and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management as required.
- Take responsibility for resolving customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.
A successful General Manager should have:
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in overseeing financial performance and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

- Competitive salary ranging up to £40,000 plus highly competitive bonus structure (up to 15k plus)
