Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant/Bar General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organisation. Duties

• Ensure compliance with health \& safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements across all operations.


• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and business growth.


• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining organisational records with efficiency.

• Proven management experience within hospitality sector


• Demonstrable supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership development.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure


• Experience in managing budgets, analysing financial data, and implementing operational improvements.


• Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with staff and customers alike.
