We are seeking an inspiring and commercially minded General Manager to lead Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf—one of Germany's premier Hyatt hotels and a landmark destination in Düsseldorf's vibrant Media Harbour.

This is more than a General Manager role.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Lead the hotel in alignment with Hyatt's Purpose, Values and Leadership Expectations.


• Create a high\-performing culture built on trust, collaboration, accountability and continuous development.


• Inspire, coach and develop an exceptional Executive Committee and leadership team.


• Deliver sustainable financial performance through sound commercial strategy and operational excellence.


• Protect and elevate the Hyatt Regency brand experience across every touchpoint.


• Continue trusted partnerships with ownership, demonstrating transparency, credibility and long\-term value creation.


• Drive guest satisfaction, colleague engagement and market\-leading operational performance.


• Champion Hyatt's commitments to diversity, equity, inclusion and environmental responsibility.


• Represent Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf within the business community while strengthening strategic relationships across the market.

Who You Are

• You are a purpose\-driven leader who believes that outstanding business results begin with outstanding people.


• You combine strategic thinking with operational expertise and inspire confidence through authenticity, humility and sound judgment.


• You bring:


• Proven success leading an international full service or upper\-upscale hotel environment


• Previous General Manager experience or significant Executive Committee leadership with demonstrated readiness for a General Manager appointment.


• Strong commercial acumen and a consistent record of delivering sustainable financial performance.


• Experience working closely with hotel ownership and asset management partners.


• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a passion for coaching, mentoring and succession planning.


• A collaborative leadership style that empowers teams while maintaining high standards of accountability.


• Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.


• The ability to navigate complexity with resilience, agility and optimism.


• Fluency in English; German language skills are highly desirable
