Job Overview

Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Supervise and train staff in culinary techniques, bartending skills, and customer service excellence.


• Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed to support the kitchen team during peak hours.


• Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and improve service quality.


• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.


• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth among staff members.


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.


• Prepare reports on operational performance, including sales figures, staffing needs, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is essential.


• Experience in bartending is advantageous but not mandatory.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £33,000\.00\-£34,500\.00 per year
