General Manager – Live\-In

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead The Man At Arms, Bitteswell, near Lutterworth, one of our busy, high\-volume pubs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pub or hospitality management, with proven experience operating at General Manager level in a fast\-paced food\-led environment. You will possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to oversee both front\- and back\-of\-house operations with confidence.

You will be commercially focused, able to manage the business on an hour\-by\-hour basis, with a clear understanding of sales performance, gross profit control, and KPI delivery. A key part of the role will be training, developing, and inspiring your team to consistently deliver exceptional food, service, and standards.
