We're opening an exciting new bar in Colchester in the next 8\-12 weeks and are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the venue from day one.

This is a hands\-on role for someone who loves hospitality, great drinks, outstanding customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences. Food experience is essential, as you'll be responsible for managing both the bar and kitchen teams.

Operating seven days a week across mornings and evenings, we're building what we believe will become Colchester's newest hotspot. We're looking for someone dynamic, energetic, people\-focused, and passionate about building a great team culture.

Pay: £34,000\.00\-£39,000\.00 per year
