Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate General Manager to lead our craft beer and cocktail bar to new heights. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, inspire a talented team, and ensure our guests receive outstanding service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and a love for craft beverages to drive our venue’s success.

Duties

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a lively and positive atmosphere.


• Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including beverage quality and cleanliness standards.


• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a high\-performing team.


• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, and health \& safety policies.


• Monitor inventory levels of craft beers, spirits, ingredients, and supplies; place orders as needed.


• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.


• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional events to increase foot traffic and brand loyalty.

Skills

• Proven experience in managing bar teams with strong leadership skills.


• Extensive knowledge of bartending and cocktail crafting.


• Previous experience in hospitality environments such as restaurants, bars, hotels or similar venues.


• Skilled in cellar and epos.


• Demonstrated ability to manage team dynamics effectively while maintaining high service standards.


• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem\-solving.


• Familiarity with barista techniques or coffee service is a plus but not essential.
