About The Role

*Key Responsibilities*

The General Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily bar operations and ensure smooth and efficient service


• Leading, motivating, training and developing the team


• Maintaining excellent standards of customer service, food, drink, cleanliness and presentation


• Managing team rosters, labour costs, stock control, ordering and supplier relationships


• Driving sales, profitability and overall business performance


• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, food safety, licensing and employment regulations


• Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally


• Monitoring financial performance, budgets, margins and cost controls


• Recruiting, onboarding and developing team


• Creating a positive, professional and team focused working environment


• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times

*Requirements*

The Ideal candidate will have

• 5\+ years previous experience in a similar management role within Irish hospitality industry


• Strong leadership and people management skills


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Good commercial awareness and financial understanding


• Experience managing rosters, stock, budgets and KPI's

• 5\+ years previous experience in a similar position within the Irish Hospitality industry
