Are you a passionate leader with a strong fitness background and a proven track record running studios or gyms? TRIB3 and PILAT3S Cherrywood are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to take charge of day\-to\-day operations, drive performance, and deliver an unforgettable customer experience in our high\-energy boutique fitness environment.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will oversee two distinct but connected concepts:

• TRIB3 – a results\-driven, high\-intensity group workout experience.


• PILAT3S – a modern, reformer\-based Pilates studio focused on strength, control, and longevity.

You’ll be responsible for leading both teams, managing commercial targets, maintaining exceptional operational standards, and fostering a culture of excellence. This is a hands\-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in fast\-paced environments and loves working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop studio teams, including coaches and front\-of\-house staff.


• Manage scheduling, staff performance, recruitment, and training.


• Ensure exceptional client experience across both TRIB3 and PILAT3S.


• Monitor KPIs including class occupancy, retention, and revenue targets.


• Implement marketing and sales initiatives to drive membership and class pack sales.


• Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and adherence to health \& safety standards.


• Be the face of the Cherrywood studios, building strong community relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in fitness – coaching, training, or performance\-based roles preferred.


• Commercial acumen – confident working with targets and metrics.


• Inspirational leadership style – you lead from the front and motivate your team.


• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem\-solving skills.
