General Manager

We’re looking for a General Manager to lead our Deansgate site — someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, leads from the front, and genuinely cares about people. This isn’t just about running a café. It’s about creating a space where both guests and team members feel looked after, valued, and part of something.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading from the floor during peak service and setting the tone for the team


• Running smooth, consistent daily operations with attention to detail


• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback with care and ownership


• Recruiting, training, and developing a strong, motivated team


• Managing rotas, holidays, and clear team communication


• Upholding high standards across service, cleanliness, and product quality


• Driving sales through both in\-house service and delivery platforms


• Building a positive, energetic culture where people take pride in their work

• A hands\-on leader who is present, calm, and clear under pressure


• Someone who leads with warmth but holds high standards


• Strong organisational skills and confidence managing a busy operation


• A passion for hospitality, people, and creating great environments


• Experience building and developing teams, not just managing them


• Someone who cares about the small details that make a big difference

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£41,500\.00 per year
