As General Manager, you won't simply be running an existing operation – you'll be building one. You'll play a pivotal role in recruiting the team, shaping the service style, developing the culture and making The Fleece the go\-to venue in Northallerton.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of day\-to\-day operations and financial performance.
- Recruit, inspire and develop a high\-performing team.
- Work with directors on business strategy and future growth.
- Help shape menus, drinks offerings, promotions and events.
- Drive local marketing initiatives and community partnerships.
- Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with licensing, food safety and health \& safety legislation.
- Analyse KPIs and identify opportunities to maximise sales and profitability.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or experienced Deputy ready for the next step.
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills.
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
