General Manager Craft Beer & Cocktail Bar Sidney & Eden Gloucester Road

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in our small independent bar on Gloucester Road, due to our current manager moving on to open his own pub.

Sidney \& Eden is a Craft Beer \& Cocktail bar with a fantastic drinks selection that people travel to specifically for the events and that also caters to a very loyal local clientele too, we're not just a bar but also have a downstairs event space which holds live stand\-up comedy from some of the biggest names on the circuit, drag shows, cinema club and other events.

Requirements for candidates

Experience as a General Manager or someone with a lot of experience as Assistant Manager taking a step up can apply

Good Administrative skills including stock take, Rotas etc.

Confident with staff management and delegating jobs including cleanliness and hygiene.

Cellar management

Supervising our bar and customer / staff safety

Understanding a small business rather than corporate (or open to learn)

Running or planning events.

Craft Beer \& Cocktail knowledge

P\&L and looking out for trends and how to increase profitability

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000\.00 per year
