We’re looking for a General Manager who knows how to make a bar feel like a place people belong.

This is a role for someone who loves Soho, loves people and loves being at the heart of the action. A natural networker, confident host and genuine people person, you’ll be the face of the business — building relationships with guests, locals, industry friends and the wider Soho community.

You’ll need proven cocktail bar experience and a real passion for delivering personalised, memorable experiences. You’ll know how to work a room, build a loyal following and make people want to come back.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving the experience with energy, warmth and class


• Leading, training and empowering a brilliant team


• Building strong relationships across Soho and beyond


• Driving sales and spotting commercial opportunities whilst keeping on top of financial performance


• Creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued and looked after

We’re looking for a gifted leader, natural host and serious hospitality professional who wants to be part of the community as much as the business.

Pay: £55,000\.00\-£62,000\.00 per year
