General Manager

General Manager – The Roebuck

£30,000–£35,000 \+ bonus up to £7,000 \| 48\-hour contract \| Live\-in position

We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic and commercially driven General Manager to lead the team at The Roebuck.

This is a hands\-on role for an experienced hospitality manager who loves delivering great customer experiences, developing teams and driving sales.

Your role

You’ll take responsibility for the day\-to\-day running of The Roebuck, working closely with the Assistant Manager, Supervisors and wider team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving sales, profitability and customer satisfaction


• Leading, motivating and developing the team


• Maintaining high food, drink and service standards


• Managing rotas, staffing, stock and cash handling


• Ensuring health and safety and company standards are met


• Responding to customer feedback and resolving issues


• Identifying opportunities to improve performance

What we’re looking for

• Proven hospitality management experience


• A strong sales\-driven approach and proven results


• Excellent leadership and communication skills


• A hands\-on, positive attitude


• A passion for great customer service


• A valid Personal Licence


• The ability and willingness to live on site
