An Poitín Stil is one of Ireland’s landmark hospitality destinations, known for exceptional food, great drinks, atmosphere and memorable guest experiences. We are now seeking an outstanding General Manager to lead our high\-volume operation and play a key role.

Salary: €85,000\+ for the right candidate
The Role
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day\-to\-day leadership of a busy food and beverage operation. You will be expected to drive performance across all areas of the business while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience, service, team culture and operational excellence.
You will lead from the front, inspire a large team, and ensure that An Poitín Stil continues to deliver the quality, energy and consistency that make it such a well\-known and respected destination.
About The Role
- 6–8\+ years’ experience managing a busy bar and food\-led operation
- A strong track record in leading large teams in a high\-volume environment
- Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
- The ability to perform under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast\-paced setting
- A hands\-on management style with a strong focus on standards, people and performance
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee the full day\-to\-day operation of the venue
- Lead, motivate and develop a large front\- and back\-of\-house team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and consistently high guest satisfaction
- Maintain excellent standards across service, presentation and operations
- Work closely with senior leadership to support the ongoing success of the business
