Danske Bank is expanding its GenAI Innovation \& Foundation Tribe and we are looking for a proactive GenAI Tech Advisor who thrives in a fast\-paced, strategic environment and can turn complex technology developments into clear business direction.
Your Role
As a GenAI Tech Advisor in the GenAI Business Management team , you will play a critical role in shaping our technology agenda and accelerating our GenAI initiatives. You will work closely with the Chief AI Officer and senior leadership, translating the latest technology developments into actionable insights and driving execution across key priorities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Staying Ahead of Emerging Technology: Continuously monitoring the latest GenAI and technology developments, and quickly translating announcements into clear implications and recommendations for senior leadership .
- Advising Leadership: Simplifying complex technical topics and articulating what they mean for the bank, enabling informed decision\-making and clear strategic direction.
- Co\-creating the GenAI Agenda: Partnering with leadership to shape and evolve the GenAI technology strategy, identifying high\-impact opportunities and areas for innovation.
- Accelerating Execution: Removing blockers, driving progress across initiatives, and ensuring momentum on next\-generation deployments.
- Leading Partner Explorations: Driving structured explorations of emerging technologies with external partners, ensuring learnings are translated into tangible outcomes and scaled where relevant.
- Enabling Alignment: Acting as a bridge across GenAI, engineering, and senior stakeholders to ensure cohesive and scalable technology implementation.
You are a strategic and curious technology professional who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by working at the cutting edge of innovation. You combine strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate clearly to senior audiences. You possess:
- A strong understanding of GenAI and modern technology landscapes
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured insights
- Experience in technology strategy, advisory, or leading complex initiatives
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive them forward
- Experience working with external partners and ecosystems is an advantage
