Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to identify, engage, and acquire new clients within the mobile gaming ecosystem.
- Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, follow-up activities, and relationship management.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate partnership agreements, and successfully close deals that support long-term business objectives.
- Research emerging market opportunities, identify potential partners, and expand business development efforts globally.
- Collaborate closely with internal campaign, marketing, and account management teams to ensure successful client onboarding and campaign execution.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, business strategies, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing account development.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the mobile gaming industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, account management, or campaign management within influencer marketing.
- Strong B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Experience conducting professional client communications across both virtual and in-person environments.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
- Passion for gaming, influencer marketing, and digital media trends.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
