Funeral Arranger (Relief)

Are you compassionate, adaptable, and ready to make a meaningful impact? Lodge Brothers, one of the UK’s first employee\-owned funeral businesses, is seeking a Relief Funeral Arranger to support families and our team across Surrey.
As a Relief Funeral Arranger, you’ll provide support, advice, and guidance to families, helping them create personalised farewells for their loved ones. This role includes holiday and sickness cover within a defined area and occasionally across our 48\-branch network. You’ll also ensure respectful care of the deceased, liaise with clergy, celebrants, crematoria, and cemeteries, and assist with other business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer\-facing experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- IT proficiency (experience with funeral\-related paperwork is a bonus)
- Flexibility to travel and access to your own transport
- Professionalism to uphold our strict dress code

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
