In this role, you won’t just support our team in day\-to\-day fund operations. You’ll bring a fresh perspective on how we do things. You’ll work alongside experienced finance professionals, get hands\-on exposure to portfolio management and early\-stage startup valuation, and apply your theoretical finance knowledge in a real fund environment. At the same time, we want you to actively challenge our existing processes: identify where AI tools, automation, and modern fintech can make our workflows smarter, faster, and more robust.#### What we hope you bring to the role:
Currently pursuing a university degree, recently graduated, or between academic programs, with a strong interest in finance, accounting, and business administration.
- Curious, open\-minded, a team player, and possessing a global mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with a fact\-driven and pragmatic problem\-solving approach.
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, and the question of how modern technology can reshape financial workflows \- you follow trends, form opinions, and like to experiment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software, data tools, or AI\-assisted productivity tools (e.g. Python basics, Power Automate, or LLM\-based tools) is a plus.
- Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Available to work full\-time for 6 months in our Berlin office.
