At Lowi, we help organizations work smarter and more efficiently by automating processes through our AI platform. To support our continued growth, we're looking for an analytical and client\-focused consultant who bridges the gap between business and technology.

Your role

After the sales phase, you take over the project and ensure smooth, high\-quality execution. You analyze the client's needs, translate them into concrete use cases, convert these into workflows, and remain responsible all the way through to delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and business processes.


• Research and analyze external systems and integrations.


• Design and build workflows on our platform.


• Document use cases and processes functionally.


• Follow up in detail on multiple projects simultaneously.


• Work closely with the project manager.


• Conduct technical discussions with client IT teams and external parties.


• Guide clients from implementation through to delivery.


• Deliver demos, training sessions, and explanations to clients.

Your knowledge and technical background

• Strong affinity with technical integrations and systems.


• Theoretical knowledge of or experience with:

+ ODBC
+ REST APIs
+ OAuth
+ sFTP
+ HTTP
+ Databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
+ CSV and JSON
+ Firewalls

• Able to communicate at a basic technical level with clients' IT departments.


• Basic IT knowledge to build workflows and logic (no programming knowledge required).

• Strong at uncovering client needs.


• Analytical and structured thinking.


• Strong communication skills in client conversations.


• Client\-focused and proactive in follow\-up.


• Stress\-resistant and comfortable juggling multiple projects.


• Independent, but also a smooth collaborator.

Who we're looking for

• You're client\-focused and think in terms of solutions.


• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


• You're eager to learn and quickly pick up new technologies and AI.


• Knowledge of AI is a plus, but not a requirement.


• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.


• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as:

+ (Applied) Computer Science
+ Engineering
+ Industrial Sciences
+ Or a related IT or technical program
+ Or equivalent through relevant experience
