What we look for?
We are looking for a strategic and operationally driven Functional Product Owner to lead the Banking branches solution within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform.
The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the end\-to\-end servicing, operational, and customer interaction capabilities used across Bank Branches.
This role acts as the functional owner, translating branch operational and business needs into scalable global capabilities that will be implemented in our servicing SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Branch Channels platform, defining and prioritizing capabilities for Branch servicing workflows, operational processes, Customer View, Appointment and Visit Management, Device Management, Queue and shift management.
- Collaborate with country programs to (1\) understand branch operational needs, (2\) identify reusable global capabilities, (3\) evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunities.
- Translate business and operational needs into Functional definitions, User stories and servicing requirements for the IT teams.
- Coordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and Stakeholder management.
- Define and evolve operational use cases related to Customer onboarding, Teller and cashier operations, Appointment management, Device integration within branches, Customer identification and authentication, Branch productivity and operational efficiency
- Maintain functional documentation updated in Confluence and Jira.
- Proven experience in Product Ownership, Functional analysis and Branch Banking or Omnichannel servicing solutions.
- Strong understanding of Branch Banking operations, Customer servicing environments and Operational KPIs.
- Experience translating business requirements into Product backlog items.
- Experience working with operational and technical teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of customer interaction workflows, branch servicing processes and omnichannel operations.
- Drive functional alignment across stakeholders.
- Strong operational and customer\-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of branch banking servicing models and day\-to\-day operational dynamics.
- Ability to understand branch operations, identify operational pain points and translate them into scalable servicing capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a complex and cross\-functional environment.
- Strong prioritization and roadmap management capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and Global versus local demands.
- Strong documentation and functional definition skills.
- Ability to work in global and multi\-country product organizations.
