We’re hiring registered healthcare professionals in Swindon to join a growing team as Functional Assessors — a role where you’ll use your clinical expertise in a structured, non\-treatment environment.

• NMC Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)

• Physiotherapists

Minimum 12 months’ recent UK post\-qualification experience
Full UK right to work (no sponsorship available)

The role – What you’ll be doing

You’ll carry out functional assessments for individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA)

• Conduct face\-to\-face and remote assessments in the Milton Keynes area


• Assess individuals with physical and mental health conditions


• Apply your clinical knowledge \+ medical evidence to each case


• Produce clear, evidence\-based reports


• Help determine how conditions impact daily living

No treatments. No ward work. No emergencies.

What you’ll need

• Strong clinical knowledge (physical \+ mental health)


• Good IT skills (report writing is \~50% of role)


• Ability to commute to Milton Keynes site 2 days per week


• Confident communication and decision\-making skills

Training \& support

• 12\-week structured training programme


• Must commit to full\-time training (first 6 weeks without leave)


• Ongoing CPD \+ revalidation support
