I’m currently looking for a Freelance Functional Analyst (medior\+ / senior) to join a large\-scale, high\-impact project in Brussels.

• Your profile: You are an experienced Functional Analyst used to working on complex environments, with a strong ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You’re comfortable working within a Microsoft ecosystem and thrive in collaborative, cross\-functional settings.


• Required skills \& experience:


• Strong experience in large\-scale projects


• Excellent knowledge of Agile / Scrum (expert level)


• Solid expertise in BPMN (confirmed)


• Proven experience with UML (confirmed)


• Hands\-on experience with User Stories, Use Cases (confirmed)


• Strong testing experience (confirmed)


• Ability to structure and communicate through storytelling (confirmed)


• Experience working with Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, Blazor, Power BI…)


• Experience in case management is a strong plus


• Excellent business analysis \& requirements gathering skills


• Strong analytical mindset and ability to critically assess information


• Ability to translate complex/abstract concepts into practical solutions


• Strong communication \& stakeholder management skills


• Ability to work across cross\-functional environments


• Key responsibilities:


• Lead and facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings


• Analyze and map current vs future business processes


• Produce clear, structured functional documentation


• Ensure that delivered solutions align with business expectations


• Act as a key interface between business and IT teams

• Start: ASAP


• Location: Brussels


• Work regime: Full\-time


• Hybrid: 2 days onsite
