What you will doDevelop modern backend and full-stack solutions with .NET, C# and ReactAdvise customers on architecture, technology choices and deliveryWork with Azure, DevOps pipelines and modern engineering practicesTake responsibility in customer-facing teamsContribute actively to knowledge sharingWho we are looking forAt least three to four years of professional development experienceStrong .NET and C# skillsExperience with Azure, DevOps and modern JavaScript frameworksCommercial understanding and confidence in customer dialogueMotivation to learn Norwegian over timeWhat we offerA highly experienced .NET environmentEmployee ownership and dedicated development budgetsFive weeks of vacation, 6% pension and strong insurance coverageTotal compensation typically around 1–1.2 MNOKHybrid working with normally one to two office days per weekApplications are reviewed continuously.
