What You'll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Quarkus or Spring.
- Build modern, maintainable frontend applications using Angular.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of micro frontend architectures, where applicable.
- Develop and integrate event\-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Work with both relational and non\-relational databases, ensuring efficient and reliable data management.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and operate cloud\-native solutions, with a strong focus on AWS.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high\-quality solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders in Portuguese and English.
- Continuously explore and adopt technologies and practices that improve scalability, reliability, security, and developer experience.
- Hybrid work model (once a week Lisbon)
- 5\+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong experience developing microservices with Java, using Quarkus or Spring.
- Hands\-on experience with Angular and modern frontend development
- Solid knowledge of relational and non\-relational databases.
- Experience with Kafka and event\-driven architectures.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD.
- Experience working with cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with micro frontends is valued.
