Would you like to join our Denps Copenhagen store as a Full\-Time Store Manager?
The Store Manager is the face of our brand, responsible for leading the 1st\-floor showroom, delivering an exceptional premium customer experience, and taking ownership of daily store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming our customers and providing a high\-end, personalized shopping experience.
- Advising customers with excellent product knowledge tailored to individual wellness needs.
- Proactively identifying customer needs to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adeptly managing multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of professional service.
- Ensuring that customer service takes priority over other tasks.
- Keeping the shop tidy and attractive, ensuring displays reflect our premium brand image.
- Tracking store performance, understanding sales targets, and actively driving results.
- Participation in cash register and warehouse operations, preparation of products for sale.
- Taking full ownership of daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, security checks, and reliably managing the showroom during solo shifts.
- Supporting in\-store events, B2B promotions, and collaborative pop\-ups with external lifestyle brands.
If you:
- Have 1\-3 years of retail experience, preferably in health supplements, pharmacy, or premium beauty retail.
- Are highly responsible, self\-motivated and fully capable of taking ownership of solo shifts.
- Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to build client confidence.
- Have a customer\-oriented approach and a deep interest in the premium wellness brands.
- Are fluent in English and Danish language.
