We are looking for a manager to run a small local pub in Draycott, Derby

Development \& Improvement

The right person will have experience in development of a business to capture the true potential of the business, a person who will improve the business and the customer and team experience where staff love to come to work and customers love to come to enjoy their time with us.

We need a person who is open to presenting new ideas and new opportunities to drive the business forward in a positive manner.

Some of the basics expected of the right person

Draw up staff rotas in line with the wage budget

Prepare and process weekly stock orders

Prepare and process cashsheets and lodgements to the bank

Deal with HR tasks in relation to staff

Be flexible and reliable, and be willing to go the extra mile for the business.

Prepare and implement safety records and implemnet safety procedures

Organise events and occasion schedules

What you can bring to the business

At least 3 years experience in a similar role

An understanding of the requirements of our business

The ability to speak with confidence and listen to our customers and team members alike

The ability to multi task and be willing to up a gear when it is needed
