Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and organised Property Finance Co\-ordinator to join our expanding team. As a Property Finance Co\-ordinator, you will work closely with our Property Finance Advisers, clients, lenders and solicitors to manage finance applications from enquiry through to completion. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service whilst ensuring transactions progress efficiently and smoothly.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, together with clear opportunities to progress into a Property Finance Adviser role for ambitious individuals seeking a rewarding career within financial services.

• Monday\-Thursday 0845\-1730 or 0815\-1700; Friday 0845\-1600

• Managing specialist property finance applications from enquiry to completion


• Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, valuers and other professional contacts


• Coordinating and reviewing documentation required to progress applications


• Maintain regular contact with all parties to ensure cases progress efficiently


• Monitoring cases pipeline and proactively identifying actions required to achieve completion targets


• Supporting Property Finance Advisers in delivering outstanding client outcomes


• Maintaining accurate and up\-to\-date records within our CRM and case management systems


• Ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with FCA regulations, company procedures and compliance requirements


• Providing professional updates and support to clients throughout the application journey

We are are looking for: We are interested in individuals who are organised, motivated and eager to learn. Previous experience within financial services is beneficial but not an essential. We would particularly like to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills plus high levels of attention to detail


• Excellent organisation and time management abilities


• A proactive approach to problem\-solving


• Confidence when speaking with clients and business professionals


• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines


• Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel
