A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join a growing and successful financial services team operating within a busy estate agency environment across the West Midlands.

This role offers excellent earning potential, strong lead generation, full administrative support, and genuine career progression within an expanding business.

The Role

• Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients


• Working with warm leads generated internally


• Building strong relationships with customers and branch teams


• Managing cases compliantly from enquiry through to completion


• Supporting clients with protection, insurance, and associated services


• Attending appointments across multiple branch locations when required

Package & Benefits

• Basic salary of £24,500


• Realistic OTE of £60,000+ (many advisers are achieving this)


• Uncapped commission structure


• 20% commission on mortgages


• 20% commission on life & critical illness business (increasing to 25% after thresholds achieved)


• 10% commission on home insurance


• 20% commission on broker fees charged

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm


• Some evening appointments may be required


• No weekends

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold CeMAP qualification or be working towards it (trainees considered)


• Have experience in mortgage and protection advice or strong customer-facing sales experience


• Be target driven and motivated by high earnings


• Deliver outstanding customer service


• Be confident building relationships with clients and colleagues


• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team


• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
