A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join a growing and successful financial services team operating within a busy estate agency environment across the West Midlands.
This role offers excellent earning potential, strong lead generation, full administrative support, and genuine career progression within an expanding business.
The Role
- Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Working with warm leads generated internally
- Building strong relationships with customers and branch teams
- Managing cases compliantly from enquiry through to completion
- Supporting clients with protection, insurance, and associated services
- Attending appointments across multiple branch locations when required
- Basic salary of £24,500
- Realistic OTE of £60,000+ (many advisers are achieving this)
- Uncapped commission structure
- 20% commission on mortgages
- 20% commission on life & critical illness business (increasing to 25% after thresholds achieved)
- 10% commission on home insurance
- 20% commission on broker fees charged
- Referral incentives for solicitors and surveyors
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance bonuses

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Some evening appointments may be required
- No weekends
- Christmas Eve closure

The ideal candidate will:
- Hold CeMAP qualification or be working towards it (trainees considered)
- Have experience in mortgage and protection advice or strong customer-facing sales experience
- Be target driven and motivated by high earnings
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Be confident building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Multiple office locations across the West Midlands
