Full Time Luxury Beauty \& Cosmetics Sales Consultant

Burke’s Pharmacy is looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty \& Cosmetics Sales Consultant to join our growing cosmetics team.

We’re looking for someone with experience in premium beauty, luxury retail or leading cosmetics counters, ideally from an environment such as Brown Thomas, Arnotts, Boots, Space NK or a premium beauty brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about beauty, confident with customers and commercially driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience.

  • Provide expert advice across skincare, fragrance and cosmetics.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets.

  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

  • Drive sales through effective upselling and cross\-selling.

  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and presentation.

  • Support beauty events, brand launches and promotional activity.

  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and keep up to date with beauty trends.

  • Work closely with the wider team and brand representatives to maximise sales opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in premium/luxury beauty or cosmetics retail.

  • Strong knowledge of skincare, fragrance and/or makeup.

  • Proven sales and target\-driven experience.

  • Confident, polished and engaging with customers.

  • Excellent communication and consultation skills.

  • Passionate about beauty and delivering exceptional service.

  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach.

  • Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail.

Experience with brands such as Lancôme, Clarins, Estée Lauder, Clinique, Dior, Chanel, YSL Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, MAC, NARS or similar would be highly desirable.
