Full-Time Delivery Driver

We are currently recruiting for a DELIVERY DRIVER to join the team at our Blanchardstown Branch, Dublin 15\.

We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Driver to join the team in our Blanchardstown Store. Reporting to the Store Manager, our new Driver will be responsible for providing an excellent delivery service for the store.

The ideal candidate will also have experience of working in a busy Stores/Warehouse. We are looking for an energetic, friendly and enthusiastic individual.

This role involves:

• Making deliveries and offering outstanding customer service to all our customers.


• Assisting in the Warehouse during busy periods.


• Being able work under pressure and to a tight schedule.

• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times in keeping with the Pat McDonnell ethos and standards.


• Promote a positive and professional Company image internally and externally.


• Complete vehicle checks at the beginning and completion of each shift, reporting without delay, any vehicle defects.


• Conduct depot to depot drops, and multi\-drops, in line with operational requirements.


• Adhere to road safety legislation at all times

You will:

• have 2\+ years of experience in a similar role.


• be required to hold a full clean Irish or European driving licence.


• be a fluent English speaker.


• be capable of working as part of a team.


• be flexible in terms of working hours, as work can include early mornings.


• have the ability to work under pressure and to a tight schedule.
