You will be an ambassador for GANNI, working in our inspiring Paris location and reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will help make every client interaction special — whether online or in\-store. By combining innovative communication with authentic service, you’ll help grow a strong, connected GANNI community that reflects the energy and style of Paris.

You will take part in driving the store’s success by combining creativity with a strong sense of responsibility and results. Together with your team, you will work to achieve goals, deliver exceptional service, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects both the GANNI spirit and the energy of Paris.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience working with clients and a proven ability to deliver outstanding service and a superior customer experience.

• Ensure exceptional and personalized client experiences


• Deliver inspiring and tailored styling sessions


• Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store


• Strive to reach KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI\-driven environment.


• Drive in\-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships.


• Secure all sales


• Maintain VM guidelines

• PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS


• Background within a similar industry for at least 2 years


• Experience with sales and working within a results\-driven and goal\-oriented environment.


• Omnichannel and omnicommerce understanding


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment


• Fluent in French \& English
