What You'll Do

• Build, test, deploy, and support high\-quality software across the full SDLC.


• Work directly with clients, building trusted relationships and delivering successful outcomes.


• Contribute to technical architecture and design decisions, helping shape scalable, resilient solutions.


• Develop full\-stack applications using modern technologies and engineering best practices.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an open, highly supportive environment.


• Share knowledge, contribute to engineering communities, and help drive technical excellence.

• Strong full\-stack software engineering experience across the entire development lifecycle.


• Commercial experience with:


• React


• Node.js


• Python


• Java


• Hands\-on experience designing and delivering cloud solutions on AWS and/or Azure.


• Proven AI expertise demonstrated through certifications and/or real\-world delivery experience.


• Experience contributing to architecture and technical design discussions.


• Comfortable working in client\-facing environments with senior stakeholders.


• A collaborative, low\-ego mindset with a passion for learning, adapting, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
