To strengthen our development team, we are looking for an experienced Full\-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d) with a strong frontend focus.

Your Role

As a full\-stack software engineer at resmio, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our modern web\-based platform. Your primary focus will be frontend development, while you will also work on backend services and APIs when required.

The role is approximately 70% frontend and 30% backend development.

You will work across the entire development lifecycle—from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance—and collaborate closely with our engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript


• Build reusable, maintainable, and well\-structured UI components


• Implement responsive, intuitive, and user\-friendly interfaces


• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services


• Develop and maintain backend functionality when required


• Contribute to architectural and technical discussions and decisions


• Write clean, maintainable, and well\-tested code


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the frontend and backend


• Review code and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards


• Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions


• Continuously improve the performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability of our applications


• Improve existing functionality and contribute to the development of new product features

• Several years of professional software development experience, ideally in Full\-Stack Web Development


• Strong professional experience with JavaScript and TypeScript


• Solid professional experience with React


• Experience with Vue.js


• Good understanding of modern frontend architectures and development practices


• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services


• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, and maintainable architecture


• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows


• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks, projects, and features


• Strong focus on quality, maintainability, and attention to detail


• Confidence working with an existing codebase as well as developing new functionality from scratch


• Ability to understand complex requirements and turn them into practical technical solutions


• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within an international engineering team


• Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute beyond a single technical area

• Experience with or familiarity with Python and Django


• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases


• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD


• Familiarity with Docker and cloud\-based environments


• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment


• Understanding of application performance optimization

Important Requirements

This position is intended for experienced software engineering professionals.

• Several years of relevant professional software engineering experience are required.


• You must already have the legal right to work in Germany. A valid work authorization for Germany, where required, is a prerequisite for this position.


• We are unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship.


• Full\-time professional availability is required.
