PM Group is seeking a Full Stack Software DeveloperLead to provide senior technical leadership for the development, productization, deployment and support of secure, scalable digital products. The role is responsible for designing, building, integrating, testing, deploying and supporting secure enterprise digital products across frontend, backend, data, integration and cloud platform layers, while providing technical leadership, engineering standards and mentoring across the delivery team.

The role is critical to PM Group’s digital product strategy, ensuring that digital solutions are engineered for reuse, operational resilience, client confidence and long\-term value. This role reports to the Group Head of Digital Project Delivery.

The role turns product strategy and client requirements into robust enterprise solutions, owning engineering execution, development standards, technical quality and release readiness within approved product, architecture, data, security and platform governance.

  • Translate client requirements, product roadmaps, business requirements and architecture decisions into technical designs, backlog items and engineering plans.

  • Own technical delivery from design through operation, embedding automation for ALM, security, testing, documentation and support readiness.

  • Guide the transition from client\-specific implementations toward reusable, scalable, configurable product capabilities.

Technical Leadership

  • Lead solution design and development across the application lifecycle, from agile planning and build through test, release and business as usual operations.

  • Set group wide standards for coding, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, peer review and release quality.

  • Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance product value, scalability, security, maintainability, cost and delivery speed.

  • Mentor developers and analysts, supporting estimation, sequencing, dependency management and continuous improvement for Product Engineering and Architecture

  • Evolve proof of concept solutions into scalable enterprise ready products with reusable, reliable, configurable capabilities and reduced client\-specific duplication.

  • Improve architectural solutions across the full stack including application, integration, data\-processing, storage, reporting and analytics layers.

  • Design for multi\-client delivery, controlled configuration, observability, maintainability and future AI\-enabled capabilities.
Application Lifecycle Management and DevOps
  • Utilise Azure DevOps repositories, implementing branching strategies, backlog linkage, build and release pipelines, environment controls and traceability.

  • Introduce automated quality gates, unit and integration testing, automation regression testing, testability by design, release approvals, rollback procedures and deployment runbooks.

  • Secure software development including secure coding, dependency management, secrets management, vulnerability remediation and security testing in CI/CD.
Security, Governance and Quality
  • Embed security and privacy by design, including identity, access and tenant\-boundary controls.

  • Participate in architecture, security and production\-readiness reviews, identifying proportionate mitigations for technical and operational risks.

  • Ensure solutions meet agreed non\-functional requirements for performance, availability, scalability, recoverability and supportability.
Delivery and Operations
  • Work with product, architecture, data, security and delivery teams to refine roadmaps, priorities, acceptance criteria and release scope.

  • Coordinate technical delivery across Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure\-hosted services, SharePoint and integrated systems.

  • Support incident investigation, root\-cause analysis, defect resolution, handover planning and service improvement.

  • Communicate decisions, trade\-offs, risks and progress clearly to technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
Technology Context

The role is expected to lead solutions involving a combination of:

  • Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, modern frontend frameworks and other technologies appropriate to the delivery of the product.REST APIs, enterprise integrations, modern web application development, automated testing, logging and monitoring.

  • The exact technology mix will be selected according to approved product and solution architecture; the emphasis is for sound engineering judgement rather than ownership of every platform listed.

Essential Experience and Skills
  • Significant software development experience, including technical leadership of production solutions from requirements through build, test, release and support. (5\+ years of Full Stack experience)

  • Frontend, backend, integration, data and deployment layers.

  • Strong knowledge of modern web architecture, API design, integration patterns, secure coding, source control and CI/CD.

  • Server\-side development, service design, business logic, API implementation and data access patterns.Experience establishing engineering practices, covering design patterns, clean code, maintainability, refactoring, code quality, technical debt management.

  • Experience with cloud platforms and Microsoft enterprise technologies; Azure and Azure DevOps experience is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to work across pro\-code, low\-code, data, analytics and custom\-development disciplines, with strong troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder communication and coaching skills.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience productising an MVP, converting bespoke implementations into reusable multi\-client products, or delivering across separate tenants, domains or security boundaries.

  • Knowledge of data architecture, SQL services, OneLake, semantic models, dimensions, data governance, regulated delivery environments or relevant Microsoft/cloud certifications.
