Full Stack Engineer (Upcoming Role) \| Portugal \& Romania

Engineering is changing fast. If you're the kind of engineer who's already figured out how to ship more, move quicker, and build smarter by working alongside AI tooling in production, not just in side projects, this is the kind of environment you'll want to be part of.

You'll be joining a consultancy with 20 years of experience, trusted by global brands across industries. We're not catching up to where software engineering is heading, we're already working there. The agentic engineering approach you'll bring isn't something we're piloting, it's how we work. You'll have the space to grow your skills in an environment that's moving at the same pace you are.

What this means for you

You won't be siloed. You'll own features end to end, make real decisions across the stack, and work on products that reach real users. If you're tired of being handed a ticket and told to stay in your lane, that's not how we work.

You'll be working at the edge of how modern engineering teams operate, where agentic tooling is part of the daily workflow and not a novelty. That means your skills compound faster here than they would somewhere still debating whether to adopt it.

What you'll bring

  • Python on the backend, React on the frontend

  • AWS for cloud and infrastructure

  • A genuine lean toward either frontend or backend, but comfortable across the full stack

  • Real production experience with agentic engineering: you know where it helps, where it breaks, and how to build the guardrails that make it safe to ship

Where you'll be based

Fully flexible on location. Work from home, the office, or a mix of both. We just ask that you're within 50km of one of these locations:

Aveiro · Braga · Brașov · Cluj\-Napoca · Coimbra · Évora · Iași · Lisbon · Porto · Sibiu · Timișoara
