Job Description

The Global Software Development team in Statkraft delivers leading software solutions for all business areas, ranging from Energy Management to Robotic Trading Systems. Custom software development is essential for Statkraft to remain a market leader in renewable energy production and market access services.

What to expect:

As a Full\-Stack Developer in .NET, C\#, and Angular, you will closely engage with the business by developing customized systems in energy management giving Statkraft a competitive edge in the power market. The following tasks are mainly part of your area of responsibility:

• Develop and maintain enterprise scale applications.


• Work closely with the business to understand the business process and needs; refine and design the technical concept.


• Develop high quality software in all its aspects. This includes design and code reviews, developing code, debugging and unit testing. Technical specifications, design documents, functional designs and requirements are required as well as knowledge of estimation processes.


• Contribute to the further development of software development within Statkraft and our business in Spain.

Qualifications

• Several years of software development experience


• Experience working with financial \& time series data and systems supporting business or industrial processes


• Experience using AI assisted software development


• Strong experience with .NET and C\#


• Proficiency in front\-end development using Angular


• Solid understanding of web services and RESTful APIs


• PostgreSQL and knowledge of Azure technology would be beneficial


• Always pushing for excellence and high quality


• Solid English and Spanish language skill
