Full Stack Developer

ROLE:
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer (forward deployed) to join our data operations and quality assurance team. This role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of accuracy in 2D image annotations used to train and evaluate our AI models for defect detection.

- 4\+ years experience in frontend technologies
- 4\+ years experience in Python
- Knowledge of React JS (or equivalent e.g. Vue / Svelte)
- Knowledge of Docker containerisation and deployment
- Basic Linux knowledge (e.g. SSH)
- In depth knowledge that does not rely on agentic coding (but is amplified by it)
- Knowledge of modern authorisation / authentication (JWT, SSO, IDP)
- Working in a team environment managing multiple workstreams
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non\-technical teams
- Strong client communications skills
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Available to work from Manchester office (minimum 3 days in the office Tue\-Thurs mandatory)
- Python FastAPI experience
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or defect types in industrial components.
- Interest in AI\-driven visual inspection and data\-centric AI development.
Pay: £40,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
