What You'll do:

• Design, develop and deploy scalable full stack applications using .NET and modern frontend technologies.


• Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions, ensuring high\-quality engineering standards.


• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices\-based solutions.


• Develop modern user experiences using React and Next.js.


• Implement and support content\-driven digital experiences using Optimizely or similar CMS/DXP platforms.


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver robust, secure and scalable solutions.


• Optimize application performance, database design and system reliability.


• Drive DevOps best practices through CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions and automated deployments.


• Mentor and support developers, fostering technical excellence across the team.


• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

• You have solid experience developing applications with C\# .NET Framework and .NET Core.


• You are comfortable working across both backend and frontend technologies, particularly React and Next.js.


• You have hands\-on experience with CMS/DXP platforms such as Optimizely, Umbraco or similar solutions.


• You possess strong technical leadership skills and enjoy guiding teams and influencing architectural decisions.


• You have experience designing scalable architectures and microservices\-based applications.


• You understand performance optimization, dependency management and software engineering best practices.


• You are confident working with SQL and NoSQL databases.


• You have experience with REST APIs and modern development workflows.


• You are familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.


• You are a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills.


• You are fluent in English (B2 level or higher) and thrive in collaborative international environments.
