About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Full-Stack App Developer to take full ownership of the MOBROG application. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our mobile platform, while continuously shipping high-impact features that directly drive business growth. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in building polished, scalable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of the MOBROG mobile app, from front-end implementation to backend architecture
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, with a strong focus on Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Storage)
- Write and optimize SQL queries and manage structured data layers
- Architect and implement push notification systems (FCM and equivalent services) for user engagement and retention
- Develop supporting web interfaces and internal tooling using JavaScript and modern web frameworks
- Identify and deliver new app features with measurable business impact — from scoping to production
- Monitor app performance, crash reporting, and analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure app security, data integrity, and compliance with platform guidelines (iOS & Android)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Flutter & Dart for cross-platform mobile development
- Strong knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Hosting, FCM)
- Solid SQL skills and experience with relational database design
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- JavaScript proficiency for web and backend scripting
- Familiarity with push notification infrastructure and delivery systems
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of mobile app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
You are a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, make smart architectural decisions independently, and deliver results with a high bar for quality. You think like a product owner, ship like an engineer, and always have the end user in mind.
Nice to Have
- Experience with web development
- Product thinking — ability to define, prioritize, and scope features
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Experience with app performance optimization and profiling tools
